FUTURA — TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: March 15, 2026 1. NATURE OF SERVICE FUTURA, developed by FinHub, provides standardized algorithmic trading signals and paper trading simulation tools. All signals, analysis, and recommendations are generated by automated systems and delivered identically to all users. FUTURA does not provide personalized investment advice and does not tailor its signals to any individual user's financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance. FUTURA is not a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and operates under the exemption provided by CFTC Rule 4.14(a)(9), as its commodity trading advice is solely the provision of standardized advice that is not based on or tailored to the commodity interest or cash market positions or other circumstances or characteristics of particular clients. FUTURA IS NOT A MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL FUTURES ASSOCIATION (NFA). 2. PAPER TRADING ONLY FUTURA provides paper trading simulation only. No real money is at risk through the app. The paper trading feature is for educational and informational purposes only. Simulated results do not reflect actual market conditions, including but not limited to slippage, partial fills, liquidity constraints, and execution delays. Paper trading performance should not be considered representative of live trading results. 3. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFIT There is no guarantee that any signal, strategy, or recommendation provided by FUTURA will result in profit. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy or signal is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital if you choose to trade with real money through your own brokerage. 4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By using FUTURA, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with futures trading. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make, whether based on FUTURA signals or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinHub, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service. In no event shall FinHub's aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid to FinHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 5. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of FUTURA, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms. 6. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application. By using FUTURA, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. 7. ACCOUNT AND TERMINATION You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. FinHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion request, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Upon termination, your access to signals and paper trading features will cease immediately. 8. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms of Service and is not responsible for the FUTURA application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the app. Any claims related to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property, are the sole responsibility of FinHub, not Apple. You may direct any questions or complaints to privacy@finhub.dev. 9. MODIFICATIONS FinHub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of FUTURA shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative proceeding. 11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES FUTURA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 12.
