FUTURA — PRIVACY POLICY Last Updated: March 15, 2026 FinHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the FUTURA application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. 1. DATA WE COLLECT - Apple ID (unique identifier provided via Sign in with Apple) - Email address (only if you choose to share it during Apple Sign-In; Apple offers a "Hide My Email" relay option that provides a private relay address instead) - Push notification device token (for delivering signal alerts) - Paper trading activity (simulated trades, portfolio state, watchlist selections) - App usage analytics (screen views, feature usage, crash reports) We do not collect financial account information, brokerage credentials, or real trading data. 2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA - To authenticate your account and provide access to the service - To deliver push notifications for trading signals and alerts - To maintain your paper trading portfolio and history - To improve the application and user experience 3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY Your data is stored on Cloudflare D1 databases located in the United States. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using iOS Keychain (via Expo SecureStore). We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. 4. DATA SHARING We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only: - With Cloudflare (infrastructure provider) as necessary to operate the service - With Apple (for Sign in with Apple authentication) - If required by law, regulation, or legal process 5. DATA RETENTION We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Paper trading history older than 12 months may be automatically archived or deleted. 6. ACCOUNT DELETION You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings ("Delete Account"). Upon request, all personal data — including your Apple ID identifier, email address, push token, paper trading history, and usage data — will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete. 7. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA) If you are a California resident, under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to: - Know what personal information we collect and how it is used - Request deletion of your personal information - Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data) - Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights To exercise your rights, contact privacy@finhub.dev. We will respond within 45 days. 8. EU/EEA RESIDENTS (GDPR) If you are located in the EU/EEA, under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (providing the service you signed up for) and consent (push notifications). To exercise your rights, contact privacy@finhub.dev. We will respond within 30 days. 9. APP TRACKING AND DO NOT TRACK FUTURA does not use the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and does not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not participate in ad networks or share data with advertising platforms. FUTURA honors Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals — when DNT is enabled, we limit data collection to what is strictly necessary to provide the service. 10. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, via email or in-app notification. The notification will describe the nature of the breach, the data affected, steps we are taking, and recommended actions for users. 11. CHILDREN FUTURA is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. 12. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER Apple Inc. is not responsible for the collection or use of your data by FUTURA. Apple's privacy policy applies separately to Sign in with Apple and other Apple services. 13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. 14.
